PURCHASE TERMS & ORDER WINDOW POLICY

Alexis Asplundh Studio, LLC operates on an order window sales model. Orders are only accepted during designated order windows, which typically occur 3-4 times per year. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Order placement and Timing

• Orders may only be placed while and order window is open (typically a 3 week period)
• All order windows are announced in advance via email, website, and social media
• Once an order window closes, no new orders may be placed, and no modifications or cancelations on current orders can be accepted.

Made-to-Order Production

• All Alexis Asplundh Studio, LLC products are made-to-order based on orders received during each order window
• Production begins after the order window closes
• Orders will ship approximately 3 months after the order window opens (approximately 10 weeks after the window closes)
• Production timelines may vary slightly due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances; Alexis Asplundh Studio, LLC will notify customers of any significant delays

Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full at the time of order placement
• All major credit cards and payment methods listed on our website are accepted
• Payment authorizes Alexis Asplundh Studio, LLC to begin production on your behalf
• Once the order window closes and payment is processed, all sales are final except as specified in our Return & Exchange Policy

Order Modifications and Cancelations

• You may modify or cancel your order for a full refund at any time while the order window remains open
• Once the order window closes, orders cannot be modified or cancelled as production has begun
• Contact A2Care@a2swimwear.com during the open window period for any changes

Returns and Exchanges

• Defective or damaged items: Full refund or replacement available
• Wrong size or change of mind: Store credit only (no cash refunds) as items are custom-made to order
• All returns must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition

Sizing and Fit

• Customers are responsible for reviewing the size charts and selection the appropriate size before ordering
• Alexis Asplundh Studio, LLC provides detailed sizing guides and is available to answer sizing questions during the order window
• Size related returns are eligible for store credit only, not full refunds, due to the made-to-order nature of our products
• We strongly encourage customers to contact us with sizing questions before the order window closes

Customer Responsibilities

• By placing an order, you agree that you have:
  • reviewed and understand the order window timeline and production schedule
  • Carefully reviewed the sizing chart and selected the appropriate size
  • Read and agree to the Return & Exchange Policy
  • Provided accurate shipping and contact information
  • Understand that item are custom made and cannot be returned for full refund (store credit only)
    

Color and Style Availability

• Product colors, styles and availability may change between order windows
• Alexis Asplundh Studio, LLC does not guarantee that any specific color or style will be available in future order windows
• Images on the website are representative; actual colors my vary slightly due to screen settings and fabric dye lot variations

Shipping and Delivery

• Orders ship approximately 3 months after the order window opens (approximately 10 weeks after the window closes)
• Customers will receive tracking information via email when orders ship
• Alexis Asplundh Studio, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs (for international orders)
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and addresses; Alexis Asplundh Studio, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided y the customer

Risk of Loss

• Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier

Limitation of Liability for Order Window Delays

• While Alexis Asplundh Studio, LLC makes every effort to meet production timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by material shortages, manufacturer delays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the even of significant delays, we will communicate proactively with affected customers.
