RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All A2Swim suits are made-to-order. Please review this policy and our sizing guide carefully before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items: Full refund available.
  • If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage
    • Please contact us immediately at a2care@a2swimwear.com
    • Include photos of the issue, and your order number.
    • We will provide a return label and you will receive a full refund or replacement after we have reviewed the product.

Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind: Store credit only - no cash refunds.

  • Because items are custom-made to order, we cannot offer full refunds for sizing issues or change of mind. Instead, we will issue store credit that can be used during the next order window.
    • Store credit is issued for the full purchase price of the returned item
    • Store credit can be applied to any future order
    • Store credit does not expire

Order Modifications & Cancellations: Changes allowed only while the order window is open.

  • You may modify or cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order window closes. Once the window closes and production begins, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Getting the Right Size:

  • To avoid sizing issues:
    • Carefully review our size chart before ordering
    • measure yourself and compare to our size guide
    • contact us with sizing questions before the order window closes
    • We are here to help you choose the right size - just ask :D
Return Requirement's:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original condition to be eligible for store credit.
