Everything you need to know about receiving your A2Swim order.
When orders will ship
- Orders will ship approximately 3 months after the order window opens (about 10 weeks after the window closes)
- Current Order Window Example:
- December 1st - Order window opens
- December 22nd - Order window closes
- March 2nd - Orders ship out
Why the wait?
- All A2Swim suits are made-to-order specifically for you! This means:
- I (Alexis) trace, cut, glue, sew and finish each piece by hand after the window closes
- Your suit is custom-made, not sitting on a shelf somewhere
- We can change our colors and styles without waste as well as create less waste by nesting where we lay the patterns on the fabric
- Every piece gets the attention and quality it deserves (this suit will last you years!)
Tracking your order
- We'll keep you updated every step of the way:
- Order confirmation - Immediate email when you place your order
- Production updates - Emails during the creation process
- Shipping notification - Email with tracking number when your order ships
- Track your package - Use your tracking number on the carrier's website

Please note, delivery times are from when the order ships (March 2nd for the current window), not from when you place your order.
Your Shipping Address
- You may update your address while the order window is open and 1 week after
- Make sure your address is complete, including apartment numbers
- We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped
International Orders
- We love shipping worldwide! Here's what international customers should know:
- Shipping times vary by country
- Customs fees, duties and taxes are your responsibility - these vary by country and we have no control over them. If you are unsure whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find our more information.
- Your package may be delayed in customs - this is normal and outside of our control
What if something goes wrong?
- Package shows delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your property (sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected spots)
- Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
- If you suspect theft, file a police report
- Package is damaged when it arrives:
- Take photos of the packaging and damaged item immediately
- Email us at A2Care@a2swimwear.com with photos and order number
- We'll work with you to make it right (replacement or refund)
- Tracking hasn't update in several days
- Sometimes carriers don't scan packages at every stop - don't panic!
- If it has been more than 7 business days with no updates, contact us and we will investigate
Production Delays
- We do our absolute best to ship on schedule, but occasionally delays happen due to:
- Material shortages or supplier delays
- Unexpected manufacturing challenges
- Weather events or other circumstances beyond our control
- If there is a significant delay, we will email everyone affected as soon as we know, along with an updated timeline. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
